Prefacing this with that I love the bitchy nerd in particular and think the JurieL arc was some of the strongest runs of episodes in the show, but like, they're not a particularly unique duo in the series. If you're a "good friends" enjoyer otaku, chances are by this point in the show you're probably already an AISMIRIN or HimaMitsu or TsumuChii fan. It sounds way more harsh than I intend to, but JurieL is a bit redundant on a character relationship level. Meanwhile, the Nanauras are very unique in multiple ways for the show, and appeal to a different type of otaku.

Tamaki is very competent at cutting open bellies if I remember well. No idea about Sakura.
Tsumugi and Ring wouldn't be that bad since they would drug us with some kind of pleasurable injection or something.
Rinrin and Airi would be problematic for both cost and with Rinrin trying to organize your body parts into sequence of numbers.
Himari and Mitsuki would actually kill you just for that thrill of grief that comes in later. They would hug themselves and relieve their own addiction at the cost of your life.
Vivi & Chii would do a nice job unironically.
