My last direct Tabao order was a pain. The problem you're running into is that a lot of things in China are not suitable to desktop. I've had to ask tb cs and they've said to me to my face that their application for smartphones was better managed than the desktop website. Unfortunately that's just how society is now. Even my own banking app there's no way to transfer funds or do a lot of the things on the desktop website that I'm required able to do in the application. You just kind of have to get over that in general.
