because the manga is going nowhere. there's no plot since the whole getting them to slim down is just an excuse for the mc to be there, and he's already introduced the best girls years ago, and most people like his standalone art more than the manga anyway, plus the actual hentai doujin does more to the characters then another regular chapter would and he clearly likes drawing sex more than ecchi
