From what I recall, the novels weren't all that good, so most people ignore them. I'm not sure the original animators are involved in this, it looks way more stiff.

They keep teasing the timeskip Ojamajos but they won't actually commit to an anime. They know fans desperately want it but instead it's just shorts, chibi shows and a movie about unrelated Doremi fangirls.

Do they just not have the money to make a full show? Or is the Light Novel just bad?

I think the suits in charge just don't think there will be enough interest and won't fund a full series or a new movie. Maybe these shorts are a way to test the waters or something.

I speedread them but they were a little boring, the first short did use scenes from the novela, so if theydo make a new series, I guess it will at least be loosely based on the novels.

Poppu has a nice body. In fact, she used to be the sexiest Ojamajo. No Ojamajo ever surpassed the looks and sex appeal she had in seasons 1 and 2. Momoko and Onpu came close, but no one was sexier than Poppu back in the first two seasons.
