Satero has always felt like a good candidate, to me, to get ultra-fat. Like obese, even fatter than Oku.
The four characters I most consider appropriate for such a fate are Erufuda, Medesa, Ooeda, and Satero. Erufuda's reasoning is obvious: she's a gluttonous hog, she'd already be obese if Naoe weren't around to save her from herself, and so it would feel appropriate if she finally got truly large. Same with Medesa, who's as much of a glutton as Erufuda. I presume her sisters keep her from making an utter pig of herself but if she were left to her own devices, she'd probably get huge, too.
Ooeda and Satero would both be ironic. Auntie came here in the first place to get Erufuda to lose weight so she could go home, and it's a classic trope of weight gain stories for the girl who's trying to get the fat girl to lose weight to become even fatter than her. Meanwhile, Goat's whole thing is fattening people up, and it's ANOTHER classic trope for the feeder to become the feedee. So, I could see a case for both of them getting absolutely huge.
Not that I expect any of them to get that big. Meth has pretty firm limits. But it would make good storytelling sense for it to happen to any of them, versus it happening to, say, Hitome or Gonda.
