The MC in the top-right (Exorcist in Love) almost gets raped in the first chapter, and he's 12 years old at the time. This obviously did disturb people in Japan, but the things that REALLY caught people off guard were the moments of extreme violence like Leah's backstory. A lot of comments on Jump+ say stuff like "I'm surprised this is even allowed on the platform."
In the West, it's the opposite. Moments like Leah's story are obviously extremely dark and sad, but the stuff that actually shocks people are the sexual moments like chapter 100 or the last few chapters of the Lust arc.

It's interesting how different cultures have different tolerances for this kind of stuff.
