at this point oarai would be considered a very tough opponent that won the tournament in its debut year and made to the finals again. All despite lacking number of tanks and personnel, plus using some of the most obsolete tanks as well(type 89 and mk).
Oarai's lack of tanks and people may be a weakness compared to other schools, but considering Miho's existence, and most of the teams and athletes proving their skills by df4(except momo) would mean that they aren't some opponent to easily mess with. Honestly, oarai could be considered a monster with only one handicap which being the aforementioned weakness.
No school would yield numbers for oarai by now, as that would be necessarily suicide. If Oarai can absolutely win without more tanks, then the lack of numbers wouldn't be an unfair factor anymore. Oarai should be considered as a special talented team that can cancel out their lack of numbers by pure skill.
