It's a mock up of a 70s era anti-tank guided missile launcher. He's looking into a viewfinder with a crosshair. The viewfinder looks for the missile's exhaust and directs it to the center of the crosshair by giving the missile instructions over a wire. It was a really clever way to guide a missile using 60s technology.

I do the same thing. I have hundreds (sometimes thousands) of screenshots (depending on how long the series is) I take of everything I watch. It's a compulsion that I can't help. It interrupts the flow of what I'm watching because I pause every few seconds to take a pic of a nice shot or sexy shot or sakuga or whatever. It gets to a point where I need to buy additional storage just to hold more. I do this for movies too. There's a movie called Sucker Punch that is only 2 hours long, yet I have over 1,000 screenshots from it simply because of how many sexy thigh shots or pantyshots are in it. I need help

I can tell you're using Windows' snip tool because the end result is always a bloated screen cap.

Consider saving them as JPGs, get different screenshot software, or use Linux.
