Toriyama's death followed by legal issues with the rights for this franchise is what killed it. That's ok though, 40 year old franchises should be dead anyways.

Even if most of it wasn't very good, it gave us some of the only decent content since DB returned outside of the Broly movie.

U-unbelievable
The miracle punch boosted Goku's ki by 1000x so on top of Super Saiyan that was a 50,000x power boost
But if you think about it, he had actually gathered and amplified all the ki of his family and friends, including Gohan who was stronger than him and Bejita which was basically just fusion into Vegito so in truth his power was more like 400,000x stronger than normal
And if you consider it further, Goku used the full store of strength in his own body from a zenkai boost he received from the miracle punch technique after the extreme beatdown Broly gave him so it was really more like a 2,000,000x power boost
Think about that
Goku needed a 200 MILLION times power boost just to momentarily knock Broly down
Not even knock him out of Legendary Super Saiyan, let alone come close to killing him
If Broly saw the sneak attack coming, he could have evaporated Goku with a lovetap punch
He was never using his full power ever, it was only ever cheap sneak attacks that staggered him
Therefore Broly remains utterly 𝓤𝓣𝓣𝓔𝓡𝓛𝓨 undefeated
