Even in the 260s there were a couple of threads that died in the 400s and discussion outside of chapter threads was incredibly sporadic. Leak threads were a lot of fun though.
It clearly isn't as popular as peak jjk, but that's not surprising since it hasn't had any big arcs yet. The opening with sukuna was a better hook than modulo, but if we compare the pace to JJK then at chapter 6 they had just entered the domain of the cursed womb and I'd say that modulo is about on the same pace of story progression. If they deliver on something substantial in the next 3 chapters or so, then it could find a solid footing

The Nue series has a unique and appealing aspect in how it incorporates various elements, but initially, the main focus was firmly on battles, with the other elements depicted as supporting that core.
