Dragon refers to an Overlord deep lore thing. The reason players from an MMO from a different world get summoned into the setting of Overlord is because a greedy dragon used wild magic to try to obtain treasures from other universes, zeroed in on the "World Class items" from Yggdrasil, and brought the players along for the ride. Honestly, my main issue with Re:Zero fights and these sort of "powerscaling" debates surrounding it is that they are all surrounded by all this flowery language only to not really be that impressive. Reinhard is specifically slower than lightning, though he is fast enough to react to it and can parry it without dodging. Which doesn't matter because he's immune to lightning anyway. Another character is faster than him because he literally is actually as fast as lightning. A lot of the fights in Re Zero are indeed taking place at incredible speeds, but this isn't reflected in an adaptation for various reasons. This also affects something like the Fate franchise where servants really are supposed to be moving and attacking at near or above sonic speeds.
Obviously this tends to create writing problems the writers never know how to work around since speeds like that are so insane nobody relatively normal would ever be able to compete with such characters, but frequently do anyway.

A black hole only has as much crushing mass as it has. We can create micro blackholes on earth and they don't suck everything in because they have almost no mass, its just the first precondition to a blackhole and would need to be fed large amount of mass to be sustained and start affecting everything.

Kage no jitsuryokusha is a fun story. The main selling point is the fact that it takes the generic premise at its face value, resulting in some people thinking of it as a parody/satire. Basically, Cid is LARPing as "super powerful but lowkey," and views his harem as a bunch of childhood friends continuing to LARP with him.
The show itself is good, in my opinion. Action scenes felt pretty well-directed, and I liked the humor. Also, a lot of the girls are great and the lore is good enough to attract autistic squabbling.
