I've had this nagging question for a while:
How much stronger are MT humans compared to real life humans?
We know Nanahoshi is pretty much useless, but she is a high school girl and she is unable to use mana at all. What if we took the average human in the six sided world and had them against an average human on Earth on various challenges like endurance, speed, reaction time, strength and lifting strength and combat?
I do remember from the lore that humanity, after the other 5 worlds were destroyed, were forced into several wars and extinction-level events and they had to quickly adapt and, somehow, humanity in MT managed to still maintain sovereignty over the world, despite facing other races that were far stronger and could use magical abilities and battle aura. In other series I'd chalk it up to "humans are le superior just because muh indomitable human spirit", but since in MT they do mention that humans evolved e.g. when humanity used to be unable to even handle mana at all until they evolved into not only being able to filters it, but also use it in magic, I'm wondering if humans in MT also are just naturally physically superior to real life humans.
I'd guess that if the average MT human trained they would easily surpass Olympians and world record holders for any physical test possible, as that would most likely be the bare minimum to be able to live in a world with monsters and such and not be wiped out. I'd imagine that intermediate-tier fighters would wipe the floor with the infantry of our armies in combat, being much faster and stronger with much better reflexes. Advanced tiers are already way beyond superhuman, maybe battle aura from them already acts like a bullet proof vest and they are able to dodge, cut and deflect bullets, maybe stronger warriors wouldn't even be affect by most modern weaponry

All that being said lets not pretend Rifujin is a master level worldbuilder, he is not. His power system/balance isn't even particularly well thought out as it relates to creating a believable world (high tier battle aura users are just too powerful, as are high tier magic users, and its a wonder there are any functioning nations at all and not just constant cataclysmic warfare in the world). Considering all other creatures and races in that world, and their capabilities, logically speaking humans in that world should be extinct save for divine intervention.

To be fair, I doubt that those are even comparable to regular bullets. For starters the stuff they're made out of is some alien metal-like stone that is much denser and harder than anything on earth (based off Rudeus talking about it in redundancy and him using it as a material) and second being that the speed that they're shot at is probably completely ridiculous. Some characters can dodge lightning easily and still struggle to dodge a barrage of stone cannons.
The main issue is that battle aura's effects on durability of the characters is quite nebulous. In Orsted, attacks literally can't damage him and the ones that can outright get repelled and bounce off him anyway. Badigadi and Atofe literally can't be damaged by attacks lower than a certain point, metal swords being swung by superhuman beings bounce off them and I remember that battle aura also acts as a "force field" somewhat, from one chapter where Zanoba nearly gets stabbed and the knife is described as "floating" a few milimeters from his skin (I could be misremembering, though). However, it does seem like other characters can still be hurt by regular stuff. Like, Eris should have a emperor-tier battle aura, but I doubt that a dagger won't just penetrate her skin like normal and hurt her extensively.

That's part of the point, though. Rudeus' view on sexuality come from his porn games and his japanese background, and it's very exaggerated and fetish oriented. Who despite being a holy man and being married to a slut, regularly engages in sex without the perversions that both Rudeus and Paul have. Then you have characters that are outright asexual, such Orsted, Perugius and so on.
There's no continuous perversion with every character. Sex is a constant and the way each character interacts with it is different. There's even the fact that the ED arc tackles these different perspective by making Rudeus, a very perverted character, completely lose his manhood and be unable to indulge in gratuitous sexual acts. Rifujin himself has talked about it in interviews.
I don't deny that there's a lot of shit here for the sake of fanservice, that would be very disingenuous indeed, I'm saying that this is simply not the same as neither the softcore porn ecchi you see nor the asexual shounen stuff you see, it TRIES to be a middle ground which is more interesting.

Their muscles, nerves, and circulatory systems are likely more efficient and resilient as a result, their very biology sustained by a constant mana flow as evidenced by the fact that they develop small touki just by working out(minus Rudeus of course due to Laplace factor).

To be fair, Rudeus is also physically superior to a regular human massively. Going by the anime, Rudeus can jump several meters into the air (when he dodge a dragon), he also runs extremely fast and has very high endurance (he was outrunning the red dragon in the novels). Armorless Rudeus also tanks a hit from Alek during their fight, gets knocked unconscious and sent several meters into the air, landing on a tree, and only has few injuries (I think he broke his ribs, I forgot). The only thing missing is weight lifting, I don't remember any moment where Rudeus is casually handling like 200 kg or some shit, at best him being able to perfectly execute swords techniques faster than Luke using a sword made out of pure stone during their fight. His reflexes are also insane, even considering the eye of foresight, having 1 second heads up shouldn't allow him to dodge half the shit he dodges.

Problem is that the director seems to do the bare minimum and when he messes up something it's noticeable like episode 23. His highlight was letting our boy Qkawa as episode director of ep 22, but I don't think Qkawa is even working there anymore. The trailers are preanimated, so I'd imagine that before the production actually starts, maybe during pre-production, they just add in a jumble of scenes to generate hype. Then perhaps by the time they get to adapting the content the scenes from the trailer shows, they already have a different idea of what to do and scrape the animation from the trailer if it doesn't fit, which is why some scenes get added and others don't.
