I need some of the rules, logistics, and general scenario fleshed a decent bit in the coming episodes hopefully.
I know it’s based on a VN and it probably got shortened on the anime, but man they barely had any time to discuss and debate.
Also with the mc having amnesia, I can’t even trust that this scenario is exactly as everyone describes it.

It's the other way around. You're done with the first loop in less than 5 minutes in-game with little to no information. The anime expanded it by adding scenes from the following loops.

I have no idea if it'll be any good, so far the premise seems pretty silly. How can there be any plot if the main character gets a free reset? Does the Gnosia change in response to them time travelling? Alternate timelines?
Mildly interested in figuring that out. Also, the purple hair is hot.

Has Town of Salam been completely supplanted by Among Us? My mind still goes there first.

It's been implied, but I assume the gnosia isn't strong enough to overpower more than one person in a fight, right?

bruh, it better get WAY better next episode, and the troons need to be mostly replaced quickly, or else i drop it.

I was a little disappointed that they played it so straight this time. It might have set the tone better if they had implied SQ to be the gnosia but rug-pulled us. Then again it was necessary to have Setsu alive long enough to hand over the looping thing.
In any case I think this adaptation has a lot of potential. The main complaint about the game was the repetitive nature of the loops, but with this anime they can get the story done in just a few, steadily introducing the characters and roles.
Plus, there's an opportunity to show the MC growing and learning new skills, just like in the game. It's going to get way more interesting as we go.

I wasn't bothered by all the weird things that didn't make sense. I thought it was intentional that some mechanics weren't explained, but I could be wrong.

I'm conflicted on the character designs. Sure they're literal rainbow colorful LGBTBBQ+ nonsense but underneath all that the characters are still conventionally attractive and sexual. The girls, if you ignore their "enby" bullshit still have nice curves, show of their ass and tits the whole time. It's bizarre.

Few years ago there was a single player werewolf game about futuristic humans stuck in a spaceship.
Story was good, and it also comes with rpg stats element meaning after playing and leveling for a while you pretty much become 100 speech skyrim God where you can just point a finger at a random dude and say "vote him" and the entire room of NPC will follow.
Game was first person so this ugly ass main character in the anime is OG and honestly I dont like his design even a bit.

It's because you can tell that the character designers didn't add the gender stuff due to any political agenda, they just thought transhumanism would be an interesting addition to the setting. I also think it works well for Raqio, who is too autistic to care about sex or gender.

Yeah, one annoying thing that gets packaged with sexual liberation all the time is, hypocritically, sexual repression of anything that could conceivably be appealing to straight men. Instead of being sex positive as claimed, it's more of a rebellious embrace of ugliness. Prudish out of revenge. Gnosia's designs are the way it would look like if alternative sexuality dropped that baggage.

Watched it on a whim and it was much better than expected, bought the game and played a couple loops so far. I think it would be neat if instead of she/they weirdoes all the characters were hot gay furry men but you can't have everything you want I guess.

The game is too queer for it, realistically. Having the frame one double non-binary characters show up gives it defenses against that sort of criticism. The question is if they’re smart enough to hide her age like they did in the EN version so people don’t attack at that angle.

I feel that the initial premise could have been spread over at least two episodes, and the OP at the end tells us that the loop or the different dimension will be drastically different regardless of choices before the MC even gets to learn that for himself. Also, if this is a different dimensions scenario, then a lot of the lines involving the characters being cryptic might not be relevant to the different dimensions.

anyone else envious and amazed that the source material was made by 4 people? maybe even 3, I forget.
