Hiroshi Harada's work is spooky because he's a legitimately insane basement-dwelling schizophrenic. Unironically bananas. The dude's goofy, mental, off his rocker! His most famous work is the anime adaptation of Shoujo Tsubaki, but his other stuff is crazy too.
