Basically "I understand how you feel about Yamirami, but have you ever thought about how Yamirami feels about you?", as Master Mayonnaise put it. He had noticed that Uruto wasn't really paying much attention to it, not realizing that its Power Gem spam tired it out and made its Throat Chop less effective, not noticing that it spotted the pitfall in time last episode, and also told Uruto that part of him seems to be more focused on the Dark Ball than on Yamirami, assuming that if things actually get really bad, the Pokemon inside will come out and save him.

The episode also concluded with Uruto realizing that the maze was designed to make Trainers learn more about their own Pokemon.

That model is from the 2 year old leaked build. If you need evidence the city isn't one model in the finished game watch footage from people trying to get it running on emulators and falling through the floor. You can get a good undershot of the city as they fall and see which parts transform into lod models.

Look man, my only experience with the final version of z-a so far is watching the first couple hours of someone playing it on youtube before reminding myself I need to finish the trails in the sky remake. I just got to the tournament's final round and apparently if i hunker down I'll be done in about 6-8 hours.

But all footage I've seen of it on the switch 2 is fine. If you want me to rip some files to test I can, but you're gonna need to wait a few days and even then the rom is the switch 1 version since switch 2 isn't emulaterable yet. As in I literally can't show you the texture quality and lod range till that happens.
