If Asa dies and Yoru dies, the plot just ends abruptly.
If Asa dies and Yoru somehow remains alive, nothing changes virtually.
Denji doesn't have such a strong bond to Asa to really feel for her death, not more than what he felt for Aki, Power and Nayuta. Countless people have died in Denji's life, it would just further send him into apathy and put him in Pochita mode forever.
Her death would only really possibly matter to the audience.

Denji has nothing to live for after he just lost Nayuta. The aging arc made it clear that Denji is using extreme coping mechanisms to keep himself going and still find a reason to live. That's why he said he will always "find a new family even if his old one dies" with a smile on his face. On the surface, it seems like an incredibly crude thing to say, but given his situation it made sense, he has to tell himself these things in order to keep moving forward without mentally collapsing.

Shortly after, he said he still has something to live for as long as he can eat good grub and chase after hot girls. In the following arc we see Denji interacting with mostly Yoru, and basically at a sexual level, we see them eating a bit.... when Yoru is about to weaponize Denji, Denji is ok with that, he still wants to die, his copes are failing, a bit after that Denji gets a bit more of pussy (Death/Fumiko) and grub (Yoshidas pizza), and all it takes is a single explosion and a Barem enter to kill Denjis cope mechanism for good.
