Yoru is not above using seduction and sex as means to power/strong weapons. Yoru is clearly grappling with feelins of love that she never experienced before (the whole interaction with Nail), which is why she is always loses herself and becomes a bumbling mess, if Yoru was that desperate/easy she would have had several affairs in the past and constantly fall in love with her marks. The whole point is that being fused with Asa and having a first seat experience to a desperate hormonal teenage girl makes her experience something completely new and she doesn't know how to handle it.
Yoru had friends, Yoru felt guilt, but Yoru never experienced love as a human does, this is why she finds unbelievable that she "feels affection for this punk".

Last chapter confirmed Asa will kill Denji. Asa's morality worked on being a savior for the approval of others. But she no longer feels responsible for being the hero, she realized she is not a bad person if she let's Denji die, she can still live without remorse and without being judged. Ironically Denji taught her this.

Things could go many ways, including negative ones. Asa and Denji admiting themselves as horrible is effectivelly them enabling each other, which could reinforce their self-destructive tendencies.

But a positive development that could happen if they get to talk it out is for them to absolve/pardon each other by sharing their experiences. Asa would be very quick to point out all the good Denji has done in her life and encourage him to forgive himself.
I'm not sure if Denji would do the same but maybe this is the moment where Denji will think of Asa completely divorced of Yoru and actually notice all the times she saved his life.

tldr, Maybe this will be the payoff for all the times Denji and Asa saved each other and it'll give them strength to crawl out from their lowest point.
