Maybe I wasn't in the right mood but this episode didn't move me. The flashback mid action after Deku throws Bakugo really killed the momentum of the scene. I know it is supposed to boost the climax aka when he snatches All Might from AfO, but the flashbacks were so emotionally irrelevant that it did the opposite effect. The rest is just bafujo getting power up out of the ass but that's ok because it's well animated. Still how the fuck did he fly through buildings? The impact shouldve maimed him, he doesn't have a defence buff quirk.
I liked Armored Might's fight a lot, unexpectedly, I'd say it was the best in the entire arc. At least the most impactful

There was a solid society of heroes in Japan and all other countries and in the end just a League of Villains with a little outside help is enough to bring it to the brink of collapse. Bakugo was established early on to be the best fighter, has a strong quirk he had full control over, was surprisingly booksmart too as he scored well in tests, and despite the series insisting otherwise repeatedly demonstrated the ability to work in the team. The only two traits he ever had to fix was getting over his weird obsession with Deku and his rotten attitude.
It took 95% of the series before he did the former, and never fixed the latter. Never had a thematic villain like the other main characters. Never did anything important before the war arc outside of beating a classmate in a fight or getting kidnapped.

I like All Might surviving as a subversion of the ever present mentor's death trope. For a story where one of the main themes is the passing of the torch, it makes sense to play around with those expectations. The problem is that by the time it happens, it doesn't feel surprising because countless heroes have already dodged death. Kamino was exciting because we thought Hori was fully prepared to start killing heroes since he just had AFO blow a hole in Best Jeanist. But by the time we get to the final battle nobody is surprised that All Might survives because the stakes are non-existent.

All Might's story as a mentor that defies certain doom twice would've been way better if it happened in the backdrop of a more brutal story. Like one where some of the 1A students actually die, the heroes incur losses every time they clash with villains, and AFO's kill count has relevant characters instead of consisting solely of other villains and heroes who died before the story began.

I can get that, not every story needs to go full AOT/CSM with the amount of deaths to be compelling. But at the same time it's not like the opposite is very good either. While all the big shonen mastermind villains have moments where they're cool and where they're humiliated, there's definitely a difference in how AfO was handled, and it comes from Hori's attitude. Kubo obviously loved Aizen's character, Kishi had fun with Madara, but Hori hates the sort of person AfO represents. Shiggy was his pet villain. Sukuna is a more recent final villain who gets a lot of love from his author, and despite there being enough similarities between him and AfO that it's probably not a coincidence knowing Hori's and Gege's friendship, their outcomes are almost the opposite on an emotional level.
Overall I think his biggest weakness as a character is that Hori seemingly wanted to write him as a sociopath but either lacked the writing chops to commit to it or realized an actual psychopath would break the message of the story. What he tells the audience about AfO, what he shows, and the rest of the story don't match up.
