You must have been asleep the past 15 years, he had a small movement of animators taking after him, mostly from Trigger, who grew under his wing (Kaneko, Handa, Takafumi Hori although Hori's almost as old as Yoshinari). His influence has waned a little recently. He's also a Kanada-school animator himself, so it's not really as divorced from the Showa/early early Heisei era.

That's not even Vincent Chansard's scene. His contribution was shortly before the scene you posted, when the sparks are accumulating in Bakugo's body. His contribution is relatively modest (compared to his One Piece work) as he was helping his friends rather than having a key role in the episode.

Vincent is a very good animator, but lets not get ahead of ourselves here.
