i did the thing where you pour a bit of milk into the powder (swissmiss) and mix it up until its cocoapaste and then add the rest of the milk and it was really gochigood!

I make hot cocoa once a year around Christmas time by heating up milk and adding dutch cocoa powder, chopped up bits of high quality dark chocolate, and a bit of sugar. Very rich, tasty, and comforting, just like the real Hoto Cocoa!
