i don't know why sealing kaguya means the cycle of hatred or whatever Kishimoto was trying to with reincarnation at the end was over. Madara technically made peace with hashirama and still decided to kill him later anyway. There's nothing stopping adult sasuke from just snapping one day and go to kill naruto again. The reincarnation stuff isn't confirmed to be over until both of them die.

That would have been a pretty dark and ballsy ending to Naruto. Kishimoto wouldn’t do that because the pressure from editors to just make another happy shounen ending.
