I think the story is shoddy enough that it really doesn't justify his long it would take to read the whole thing. And while Horikoshi's art is exceptional, I don't think he's very good at drawing action sequences. They're often very muddled and just don't flow well from panel to panel.

Hori goes so hard when he draws feral Deku.

There are and were a lot of Horikoshi-influenced mangaka in the industry, in terms of art.
Some people bring up Bukimi Miki, or perhaps Horie Ryuu (who was actually an assistant under Hori for several years).
