The second and third volume of the prequel is all about Masami and her sex life before the story.
She managed to fuck her college teacher with ease, while still supposedly "liking" the MC.
Also a stupid throwaway line from the manga that I took a notice of turned out to in fact confirm that while her husband was her first man, she had some experience with girls as her first love and first kiss was a female senpai, while nothing explicitly sexual happened it still gives some explanation to how she never had a guy in her life before she got married.

Recently the chapter of a terrible Romcom came out, "Hajimete no Gal ", chapter 200, despite having been together since chap 1 and the story being 10 years old, it still turned into an harem at times, the author finally teased them having their first time and decided to turn it into a joke.
