Cú Chulainn sometimes get's shipped with Bazett since she was his original master, but Bazett is also not japanse and it's not a canon ship anyway.
There's Fate/Prototype which would have had a male Arthur with a japanese female MC but as we know that never went past being a prototype.
Apocrypha has basically no major japanese or asian character at all (if I'm not forgetting anyone), but there's also no major romantic pairings there.
Apparently the Matou family has distant russian roots. And presumably when they migrated to japan the male heads of the family would have had to continue their lineage with japanese women.
Astolpho might actually be the most popular white man that gets shipped with a variety of women (and men), including japanese ones, but those are all not canon and he's also a femboy.
