Nah, it's just that she's speaking in her loose-talking cutesy style she uses as Shirayuki. Nemu is normally almost dead silent in real life, so the contrast hits Mahiro and Momiji hard. She uses a very casual greeting of "Ohaoha" (Slangy version of ohayou, "good morning") and "Nyahaaan" (Think something along the lines of Yoo-hoo + Nya), hence "Nyalo" (Hello).
