I know you're saying this as a joke, but you can 1000000% have invalid opinions about anime. You can even have opinions about it which are objectively wrong rather than subjectively. Not "Lucky Star is trash" (it's not, by the way, it's rather plainly good and given an overhype boost in people's ratings because it's nostalgic and we meme Konata), more like "This anime broke ground" when it factually was preceded by something similar. You can have wrong opinions in that way.
