The show is doing a bad job at promoting them. Other shows put a lot more emphasis on how the transformation devices and magical tools are used. In PriOrche the bells appear very briefly at the beginning of the transformations and the mics get used in a somewhat confusing manner during finishers. Compare that to the current PreCure show, where transformations feel more like toy commercials than proper transformations. Apart from those, I don't even know how popular plushies for mahou shoujos are in the first place.
