These comments demoralized me, i realized theres very little Tabata can do to salvage this arc.
Changing to another magazine is just military grade copium, it won't happen.
I doubt he publishes independently because that would require his own money.
I doubt he asks to go to Jump Plus because that's just not something you can do, and honestly im thinking he wants to end the manga on a paper magazine and end it fast, dude is tired and it's too traditionalist to go digital or to get on the toes of his higher ups at Jump.

Agree with everything on this, plus
Show how he defeated Astaroth.
Show how he's right with his thinking.
Show him killing the STUPID FUCKING BASTARD KING KIRA.
THE FUCK IS HE STILL ALIVE? THAT FUCKER WILL KILL ASTA AT THE FIRST CHANCE.
Show him genuinely wanting a better world.
Show his relationship with the triad and how he engineered their magic, bodies and ideologies..
But fuck, all that would require at least 100 pages more and i doubt we're getting them.
Tabata seems to be following the KUBO playbook till the very end, down to not showing the Villain's flashback and waiting for the anime to show it.
Im honestly angry at Tabata, there's no way or situation in which your health requires a quarterly schedule.
Just take it monthly and draw 30 pages per month, or go bi-weekly. Tabata doesn't even suffer from tendonitis or back problems, he has hypertension and other stress related stuff, but he seems to also waste a lot of time just procrastinating.
So, giving him more time can be even worse, because he has more time to waste and that leads to more stress.
Exhibit A) He didn't have the past winter chapters ready until he came back from his travel to Spain.
Like, what the fuck?
That's even worse procrastination than Toriyama ffs.
I just can't be postive about this and Tabata has lost a lot of my respect because of his inertia and his passiveness.
I enjoyed the journey CloverBros, sorry for the rambling.
