Nah, Rizu did pretty well for herself. Yeah half her route got taken up with Sawako's problems, but that's mostly because Nariyuki would have confessed within a couple chapters without some distraction stalling him.
Otherwise her route sees her flirting with Nariyuki unopposed from like Christmas to midsummer, by which point he's confessing to her, has a heavy makeout session with her, and is talking about marriage. That ain't bad.
The biggest loser is Fumino. Her route sees her needing to get injured before Nariyuki will pay attention to her, Uruka doesn't concede and still takes her shot at Nariyuki, she has to basically apologize to Rizu and Uruka before she gets to confess and get a positive response, then nothing happens for four months, after which point her would be future sister-in-law is still hostile to her, and she goes on a date with Nariyuki where Rizu and Uruka threaten to steal him from her if she doesn't make him happy, and Asumi and Mafuyu borrow him to pretend he's their boyfriend. Only after all that does she finally get her first kiss from Nariyuki. Leaving her route the only one where Nariyuki isn't married, engaged, or at least discussing marriage and/or kids with the winner.
That's pretty rough for a 'victory'.
