I know what you mean, having been burned like that many times before. Mogami is probably a rare sort of character type. She looks like more of a boy or a girl depending on which artist draws her. Maybe Kaban comes close but even then, the inclusion of leggings tips the scale toward female (although shotafags can pretend it's just a boy wearing very high knee socks).

When it comes to "grown men clothes" vs "boy clothes" sure, but between "boy clothes" and "boy-ish girl" clothes? It seems like the most you can do is crop the clothes to show off skin.

I did not say that with regards to Kino. That's more about the Goukon girls. Of course anybody who's interacted with the source material knows the androgyny extends beyond just clothes. You went off and strawmanned the argument, making simplistic claims that were not in my original post.
