People in general seem to have this overinflated sense of being able to change the course of history. A lot of woke-shit is the same, like how in the past 10 years we were going to subvert what men are attracted to, fat-acceptance, removing femininity from movies, all the tranny-pushing shit, etc. You know the drill. Apparently THIS was going to be the year that "progresses" men, in comparison to the proceeding 300,000 years. Like what makes you think you're living in such a special time? I swear this is just like a gambler's ego: "THIS TIME WILL BE DIFFERENT!"
I think it stems from not having a good grasp of what's set in stone versus what's actually changeable. For example the anti-technologists became bolder after the failures of NFTs, metaverse, crypto currencies, and the thousand things Elon promised. But they don't seem to be smart enough to realize when they're being scammed vs witnessing a tech that's actually useful. Any tech that compresses TIME spent doing something is a tech that sticks around, because time is the most valuable resource in the universe. It's that simple.
