I am actually baffled how Rikka has become the most irrelevant character in this manga. Nene had more screen time and development with Buki than her, Iko just stole her popularity after composing the song and Shinobu has been gradually getting more and more character development every time she appears on screen with Buki.

The last thing Rikka did that actually had an impact even by a little was a stupid kiss that was triggered by Shinobu in the first place and that kiss never had any follow-up. She's basically just became the token support character for the other girls everytime we have anything happening.
