I think the part that gets lost to history is that back in the ancient past of 2008 TFS was a supergroup gathering of abridged content makers, all with at least one series under their belt.
It's where a huge part of their early momentum came from.

if you've ever watched a youtube channel on japanese internet, you'll notice that they do not use b-roll footage from the anime they talk about. screenshots at most and they often credit the author/distro company.
TFS coming into the game when they were like one of the few who used their footage had too much attention on them so they struggled with copyright. nowadays there's so many people from the west using their shit i think they just content flag people but allow them to monetize unless they use too much footage

I adore sub and think it's the only REAL option but I cannot deny the nostalgic sentiment and familiarity with the dub while recognizing it's abhorrently dubbed (Kai less so but still) with unfitting music.

But if I were to give the dub a chance, it'd have to be if Sean was Goku, Brian Drummond was Vegeta, Scott McNeil was Goku and Stephanie was Gohan and Chirs Ayres and Dameon Clarke as Frieza and Cell.
