He's still needs a lot of practice to improve his technical art skills but I think the visual style is pretty good, very distinctive which is a plus. Good facial expressions too which is a good sign. Paneling is pretty good, the pages and sequences read very well but he should abstain from misaligned panel layouts, they just look bad.
Story looks good, a nice mix of action, intrigue and drama. The wrap up finale isn't the usual "our journey begins here" while also not being a fully conclusive like some other one shots which make you wonder how it would work if serialised.
He certainly has an eye for things that would look cool on page which is something not all pros have but he should improve his fundamentals still.
Looking forward to his growth for sure.
