Reminder that Shampoofags are mentally ill and disconnected from reality. According to them, Shitpoo is the main character and the series succeeds only because of her. They also claime that the first anime was cancelled because Shampoo wasn't in it enough.

Fact: Shitpoo is not loved by anyone but coomers with no lives. They spam every online poll and artificially inflate her popularity. In real life, nobody rates Shitpoo. If you talk to any Ranma fan outside of foul-smelling conventions I guarantee you not a single one of them will have Shampoo as their favorite or even in their top 5.

Fact: Shampoo fans demonstrate that they are as proficient in language as their retarded idol. They read an incredibly unsubtle romcom manga and actually think Shampoo is anything but a joke. They have invented a romance Shampoo supposedly has with Ranma which has absolutely zero existence outside of their deranged peanut brains

Fact: The original anime was cancelled because it aired late night and consequently had poor ratings. Shamshit was not a factor and this is proved by the fact that the ratings did not increase in Nettou-hen when she started to appear more. In fact, the anime-only filler episodes featured Happosai and original characters more in their plots than Shampoo. If Shampoo is so loved and brings in an audience, why wasn't there a ton of Shampoo filler?

Fact: When the original manga was running, Shampoo began to appear less and less in later volumes (probably because not even her creator likes her) and there was no indication that the editors intervened to pressure Takahashi to keep writing stories involving the supposedly "most popular character"

Fact: Shampoop is a cheap Lum clone and any residual genuine fanbase that she has is all due to her hitching off an actually iconic character's fame

In summary, Shampoo is shit and her fans are shit. Fuck Shampoo
