We have no idea. People say we haven’t gotten the last batch yet because jump has scheduled him to come back after a series has ended, and the closest series to ending is elusive samurai in maybe December/january/february.

But otherwise it’s impossible to know Togashi’s intentions. He probably doesn’t have a release plan currently outside of the 410-420 batch. He’s probably just working.
