It depends on what type of story your going to commission. Foxface is probably the best if your looking for something more long form, and Charoset is good if you want a really detailed description of a transformation. Warden101 or TheSpiralledEye are good options too for one shots.

Chesshire88's put out some good comics along those lines! It's usually reality-shift-style commission work and some of the framing veers a liiiiittle too close to identity death for me to be 100% into it, but the language part is definitely there in full force.
I prefer when there's a conclusion of "wow, that was fun, now back to my own body" over "this is your new life now, get used to it," but considering who the commissioners for this sort of stuff usually are I'm not too surprised that's the case.

Pretty gimmicky writer with narrow focus on identity death character tf, annoying 'hawww' style hentai dialogue (you'll know it when you see it), eye-rolling puns, and the dumb name fusion thing. Main thing he has going for him is the autistically detailed transformations, but even then you sometimes have to re-read passages to fully understand what's he's describing (he loves euphemisms), and he tends to use weird adjectives like 'scraping' to describe genitals changing.

Bonus points if we only really see them pop up again in cameos as time went on on how they've taken to their new situation

Reminds me of a cyoa scenario about a series of history books that changed the history of reality when read by someone into a fetishistic/sexy/hentai/porn version (completed with name puns like 'Purrsia' or 'Momgols'), effecting the modern day around the reader, I think it was called Horny History or something. It was very good even if it wasn't time travel based and more of a general TF story (I think only the Roman book route had TG).

Charoset is an OG writer, pretty good if you want something with pop culture characters, seems to be a frequent topic of theirs.

PTCardinal has some pretty good works and a few Gyaru stories too.

Qirules123 smaller writer but has a few gems in their catalogue, don't think they have done any Gyaru stuff in particular but a got a few plastic bimbo stories so might be open to it.

NTA but personal favorites for me are PTCardinal, DeviantNabu (especially for long form stuff like their Mirror of Cynisca series) and OldDog77. Cardinal is prone to doing dialogue that sounds like hentai which I hate, but their stories are decent. Old Dog is sadly not very active any more but a lot of their old stuff is good. Nabu is good but gets takes on some weird commissions (Power Rangers) that aren't really my fetish.

Non-bimbo TG/TF does exist, you just need to add extra tags like elegantfication, princessfication, nerdification, stepfprdication, or other non-bimbo related inaction tags if you want to avoid bimbofication TG/TF work. It's how I was able to get a bunch of non'bimbo stuff over the last few months, was a great pallet cleaner.

Never says never, I thought that about TheTransformistress and I was proven wrong. For some reason few modern artists like to improve on their talents and prefer to just 'get by' with their current level of skill, which always seems to then cause them to degrade over time as they fall into a routine and get lazy.
