I think one factor for the slowdown is also that genning has become more complicated. We used to becable to do it for free online, but all those sites are now censored. To gen porn you now need an Nvidia card and install a lot of stuff from github, civitai etc. and do it on your own machine. I would love to gen again, but I didn't get stuff to work on my amd card.
