I think the more knowledge they dilute the more realistic it ends up looking. I use an uncanny valley one to set up the scene/character, then img2img with a better looking one. Because the knowledge is still buried in there, just hard to prompt for it but the model catches on when given a hint. Then maybe inpaint details with Lustify, because even the best ones can't do pussy or cock/balls texture like a real-only model.

Well, nf4 is a 4bit flux quant, that one in particular is faster than the gguf.

Gguf is a bit slower than nf4, but most accurate in comparison to fp16. These two shrink the model's file size and you can run it even if you are a vramlet. There is small loss of accuracy, but it is minimal. You want a good card though, the minimum I recommend for decent speed is a 3060 12GB/3060 ti 8GB.

Chroma officially releases gguf quants, from its offical huggingface page you want to grab q4_0 which is 4bit, for the lowest you can go while retaining quality (nf4 is 4bit as well).

SVDQuant is a newer 4bit optimization that is the fastest. Though it's not yet officially out for Chroma, it's the best way to run model like Flux if you are a VRAMlet (plus for Flux that can be paired with a turbo LoRA).

That is the what I got after I tested prompt from stock image using VLM, and some extra prompt engineering.

Probably higher success with just selfies than dynamic images.
Compared to Flux it's a lot more flexible with gestures though, you can do middle fingers, "OK" sign, middle fingers, "L" hand gesture with some engineering, etc...

How do you get such good anatomy, is it inpainting, is it better prompting, is it loras?
if its loras how many can you use at once?

It's inpainting/highres upscale for the people who spot errors and bother fixing them. Flux or Chroma in theory should get things right more often in one try except for strange poses or lack of content knowledge.
Some people also do img2img instead of txt2img. Local video models seem way more impressive.

Also, there's a relationship between the prompt and resolution aspect ratio that can makes things worse or better. And some models are sensitive to quality tags.

That's actually a good question. One lora can make a model barely usable because of poor training parameters or a poor dataset. You'll want to use as few as possible.
You can compare the same image seed with a LoRA turned on or off to see if it's causing causing more errors.
