Never joined his discord, so I can't say anything about that, but been following VK and telegram for some time. His english twitter bio mentions that he draws "herself" and devianart has she/her pronouns, while russian ones usually uses gender neutral "artist" (and that Sibi is just one of his characters). Also, all his russian social media pages have far fewer subscribers than english ones. My bet is that he's just roleplaying as a girl to get more traction, not like a tranny, but like men pretend to be girls in mmo to get free gold and loot. Probably he doesn't do the same in russian, since it's easier to fuck up because of language and use wrong gender form. In the end, It's far more interesting to follow some horny girl drawing herself naked, that some another random dude that draws porn.
