For specific characters it's usually Midna, Ilulu, Poppy, Narmaya, Tristana, and the Rayman fairies, but honestly a lot of shortstacks are either generic goblins/imps or original characters. Konoshige has an entire original "setting" where various species of shortstacks live with human men. The nature of the fetish can also leave it up to interpretation, like a ton of fanart of Taneshima Popura (Character from the anime Working!!) depicts her as a shortstack, but in the official art she's just a kind of short 17 year old with above average (For a Japanese woman) breasts.

Speaking as a goblin fancier I think it's rather sad Dwarf girls get relatively little love. I used to joke Dwarf enjoyers were just hoarding their images but I've looked myself and it's slim pickings. It seems to me artists struggle to differentiate them from the other small races, while still being appealing as their own thing. BG3 was a little disappointing sure, unless you like Minthara futa porn, jesus.

I think the biggest problem is that on top of dwarves in general being rare in most shows/games/comics outside of dedicated fantasy stuff, even in those fantasy stories, dwarf females are exceedingly rare. Lord of the Rings doesn't have any female dwarves in the movies, Warhammer mentions female dwarves but AFAIK there aren't any named characters outside of the legendary female ancestor-gods, D&D 5e has dwarves but like you mentioned there aren't any major dwarf characters in BG3 (And modern D&D is some of the most sexless art I've ever seen). Pathfinder is a little better in this regard but IIRC the cute short girl from Kingmaker is a halfling.

I think the last attractive female dwarf I've seen in anything outside of porn artist OCs was Aida, one of the romance options for Divinity: Dragon Commander. She was great, but that game is 12 years old. Shortstacks in general are already rare given the sexual nature of the body type, and dwarf women are rare on top of that.

Outside of fanart the only Warhammer Fantasy game that had dwarf females in it that I remember was the old and defunct MMO Warhammer Online, and they wore almost aggressively sexless robes, while of course the Dark Elf girls were mostly in gowns and spikey slutwear. It's telling that even Blizzard had trouble with them, it's gnomes that became the shortstack sexpots for the Alliance, and way back when I gave a shit about WoW goblin girls were just NPCs.

When it comes to dwarf girls I think there's a goldilocks factor when it comes to their body proportions, musculature and body-fat distribution, and when it comes to their faces (it's still something eyes are drawn to) you don't have beards to cover and distract from their head shape and typically rounder faces and bolder facial features. Well, you can have beards, but that tends to rub people the wrong way.
