Another vote for 1, though I personally like them more when they are deceptively smart (but still ditzy because they don't really need to use their brains too much to get through life). I'm particularly fond of the office lady bimbo variant.
Imagine this: the woman from the webm has graduated magna cum laude and works as a secretary, but regularly uses her outrageous body and candy-sweet personality to get other people to do whatever she wants. Not in an overtly evil or manipulative way, mind you, more like asking a besotted colleague to change the toner in her printer while she's checking out how many TikTok followers she's gained over the weekend.
