As someone who has both those same issues, its thoroughly possible to overcome them. Its hard, it takes longer to do things. but the satisfaction of creation is typically worth the investment, especially with modern digital drawing/painting tools where you can just *undo* a mistake.

For the past couple years, i've been slowly breaking into painting warhammer minis and have blacksmith hands. They always have a slight tremor to them from all the impact work ive done. holding the superfine paintbrushes required for detailing is a nightmare. that said, I am reaching an acceptable level after a couple dozen attempts.

Go slow, still fuck up, acknowledge the mistake, figure out how to fix it, fix it, then move on equally as slowly, but with slightly more knowledge.
