I think it's actually that it's obscured just enough to not trip up anything.
Every instance is hidden behind hours of story just to get to, and you have to pick very specific dialogue options. You have to choose the one "maybe" out of a handful of "NO"s multiple times, and then often times wait through many hours of story to get a payoff.
Even then, there's plausible deniability everywhere. You fuck loli Korra, well it's actually 19 year old Korra who just took an age reducing potion. Toph is just naturally flat chested at 18. Jinora implies that the 18 birthday candle is incorrect because she's actually turning 20, and it's actually Ikki who just turned 18 a few months ago.

This is the fun part. It's all cartoons, so who can tell you you're wrong?

I don't particularly aim for fucking Ikki. Not into lolis and I also only ever did the slave routes. Love route is written like an edgy teenager. At least in the slave route I get to laugh at the game wholeheartedly. I did indulge in watching her pee because I assumed its a joke that will eventually pay off. Scat was just my guess for what it ends in because it would piss off all people who wanted Ikki stuff. And thats my type of humour.
