I have absolutely zero energy when I wake up but I can do a million push-ups and walk a mile in the middle of the night then I get exhausted again when the sun rises.

What causes this?

idk, as we don't know anything about you. Maybe you take meth and didn't tell us about it.

normie-npc profane and mundane consciousness waves are decreased to a minimum background radiation (they are asleep, because they need to go to work 2morrow) and not fucking up your player char consciousness waves, so you can get shit done.
i have the same. literally just being around "people" (they arent, they are scripts and programs of the discount version of a matrix) makes me rather tired, exhausted and demoralised even.
plus so called narcolepsy "docs" say.

probably looking at monitors unhealthy amount of time jamming body rhythms and brainwaves. maybe try to not look at tv, monitors and phone or any display for at least two weeks. (you can try but there are displays everywhere nowadays, jamming your brainwaves)
you can thank profit oriented yids for that, btw.

Sounds like maybe delayed sleep phase disorder. Many possible causes.
Do you drink caffeine? Alcohol? Smoke? Other drugs? Medications?
How long has this been going on?
Is the place where you sleep dark, quiet, cool, comfortable, etc.? How many hours do you sleep on average?

Barometric. Try an aspirin a day and if that doesn’t work, vitamin K. You may require less sleep. Don’t get caught in a fallacious catch 22. If you’re feeling conscious, get up and get going.
