Wasn't on purpose but I barely ate the past couple months. Just kinda stopped feeling hungry. Didn't even notice it until I looked in the mirror and realized I'm way underweight now. Tried to start eating again but now even half a bread roll makes me feel full and gross. I used to eat like 3-4 easily. Just can't eat more than a few bites without wanting to stop. Anyone dealt with this? How do I reset my appetite?

i was underweight 2020-2022, cuz of the plandemic. i shut myself in and slept 4 out of 7 days per week. no need to eat or go out back then. now i look like 21 while being 27, all the people around me aged like shit cuz of stress + vaxxed lmaoooo
you can start by eating peanuts, organic peanutbutter(without sugars, or any additives). they are rather energy dense, have fat, calories and protein. add some high quality multivitamin tablets and that should kickstart things. go outside, for a walk in some fresh forest air, some light excercises mb.
