Exercise, get enough sleep, and most importantly, stop cooming.

I've been in this position and actually went to the doctor about it. I just turned thirty in April and I have never smoked a day in my life so I wanted to know why I was constantly tired and fatigued despite sleeping 8 hours a day and eating decently.

I'm almost 7k in medical debt since February and the doctors initially misdiagnosed me with leukemia. Further testing showed it was actually a genetic issue known as ITP which is supposedly popping up more and more in Americans my age. Some sort of autoimmune disease where the bodies blood cells mangle themselves.

It is related - especially if chronic porn usage is involved. It isn't even to do with the spiritual damage of using another creature for sexual gratification - it isn't even the physical dependency of needing to ejaculate - but in the end it comes down to the time wasted chasing pleasure.

Yes, an orgasm can be a release, but it plants the seeds for the addiction of comfort. And before you know it, you've accumulated a lot of wasted time, energy, and opportunities.

There are people out there who have masturbated so much with the time collected doing so they could have learned another language, skill, etc which would have instead improved their life.

You need more iron, eat more beef liver and other organs. It's kind of nasty, fry it with onion or mince the liver and fry along with ground beef to hide it.
Drink orange juice along with it as Vitamin C helps with Iron absorption

Water is hugely underestimated with this

Also once you start feeling sleepy the only way out is sleep. Coffee can help prevent sleepiness from accruing, but coffee doesn't make you less sleepy. A neat trick you can do is drink coffee before a power nap to lower the production and total sleepiness of your body. Coffee is also probably just good for you.
