Reduce your carbohydrates. Bacteria feed on sugars, then produce gases. If you have extra sugar in your gut they get it.
Find your fiber sweet spot. Too little or too much is going to make you gassy.
Less alcohol. See above about sugars.
Less acid. Calm down on coffee, soda, and juices. Try to find the amount that fucks your stomach up and stop drinking that much.
