I used to be thin, but then, apparently, hormones kicked in and I gained weight, weighing 60 kilograms at 160, with thick hips, thighs and stomach. I have a genetic predisposition to weight gain, so I want to ask how easy it is to gradually lose weight in a healthy way?

First of all, you are fat. Almost overweight. It's bad, but it could easily get much worse.
The best way to lose weight is to eat less. You should only stock healthy food that requires preparation and is tedious to make. Alternatively, don't have any food in your house at all, which will force you to go to the grocery store each time you want to eat. Take only cash with you. And only just enough to cover one meal's worth. I've also lost weight by being too lazy to wash the dishes. Basically, any obstacle helps a ton.
I also recommend intermittent fasting. I do it out of not wanting to deal with cooking food more than once a day. The name sounds scary because of "fasting," but it's normal. And I'm sure you've had days in your life when you've only eaten once.
Just regular fasting works too. You only feel hungry for one, at most two, days. After that, you don't even think about it.

I have also lost weight by girding competitive ladders in video games. If you like Overwatch or LoL, you should play those until you reach GM instead of eating.

One percent improvement. Like eat less. Spit some in the sink for the homies. Take a walk.

I can't believe nobody has mentioned keto and intermittent fasting. DYOR, it's the easiest way imo. Put a bit of weight training in you want to regulate hormones. That's it good luck.

What you want to do is either:
1.) start smoking. Every time you feel hungry go and smoke. Only have 1 meal a day. Cigarettes will act as an appetite suppressor and your body will get used to this after a month.
2.) Eat less and move more.

i donโ€™t wanna support unhealthy behavior but. if you have adhd/something that warrants it, you should ask your doctor for stimulants. trust me bro. it will cut your appetite by 3/4

that being said still eat a fair amount or your body will double down and slow your metabolism like a mf

Eat more nutritious foods (meats, veggies, whole grains) and reduce highly processed foods. This will also help you eat less overall because you'll be getting the nutrients you need without a lot of empty calories. Do some simple workouts. You don't need to lift heavy weights but you can if you want to, or just some bodyweight exercises and stretching. Running, walking, or biking is good for your heart and your metabolism, but won't burn a lot of calories. It can help build mental strength and willpower though, which is good for sticking to your diet. If you're a girl (and I hope you are based on your height) you literally just need to stay a healthy weight in order to look good, and you're not that far off right now. You also sound young though, so now is your chance to build healthy habits. It's a lot tougher to do once your old and fat. Post body and I'll recommend easy home workouts for you, I do a lot of them.

Stop eating. Throw away any food your parents/friends/roomates get and live off a slight caloric deficit while keeping your current lifestyle. You will lose weight.

that's some hard cope. fat doesn't materialise out of nowhere. this might surprise you but it actually comes from the things you eat. calories in < calories out, or go ask >>>/fit/ for their superstitions
