I don't know how to open up to people, I'm super socially awkward and anxious so I struggle a lot with socializing. the best I have is some people I game with every now and then, how do I escape the NEET pipeline

Don't play videogames like a shut-in, it won't end well. Use dating apps, build yourself either in physical features, style, or who you are, go on trains, travel, talk to people more, drink some alcohol, volunteer (which is basically free social training), etc.

Make a game of it. Consider your insertion point. Anywhere could work as a valid landing point, so choose effectively. How many of your desires do you actually gain somehow from trying to sacrifice? Should you trust anyone who offers the expected tradeoff?

Later, start believing a time traveler develops a NEET fetish and use this to open a wormhole or something.
